Rézme Update: February 2026

Technology to fill vacancies from America's overlooked workforce

Hope you're starting 2026 strong. Wanted to share some exciting progress from Q4 at Rézme and what we're focused on in Q1.

Progress & Traction

Tech

In Q4 we built and launched our government incentives agents - a strategic shift that's already paying off.

We onboarded our newest AI engineer after a mini bidding war with Palo Alto Networks and Harvey - a strong signal of the caliber of talent we're attracting.

Sales

We’ve landed our first client in Illinois and our first client in Kentucky.

We also recently learned that one of our earliest clients has completely cut their Indeed recruiting budget and their Equifax tax credits/incentives budget and moved 100% of that spend to Rézme, demonstrating that our AI agents can quickly capture multiple line-of-business spend. This past month, we launched our retention features live with clients, opening up another line of business, with a full release on track for late March

Marketing & Partnerships

Lots of traction to report here:

  • Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility Annual Conference (Burlington) - We're delivering the keynote address alongside our first pilot client in Vermont.

  • AfroTech Innovation Stage (Houston) - Showcased with Amplitude how we use AI agents to deliver analytics and business value to early clients.

  • National Reentry Workforce Collaborative (NRWC) Conference (Pittsburgh) - Launched our skills-driven community referral product on a panel with Noella from Rasa. We'll be integrating the Rasa and Rézme platforms for a Pennsylvania-specific activation following the recent passage of Clean Slate and new Fair Chance hiring ordinances.

  • Anthropic HQ (SF) - Invited to present our government incentives agents to their team.

  • SXSW 2026 (Austin) - Accepted into the Finals of the SXSW Pitch Competition.

  • SHRM Talent 2026 (Dallas) - We’re presenting our technology in a case study session with one of our clients and the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice (RBIJ).

Where We’ve Been

Q4 kept us on the road building relationships and expanding our geographic footprint across Tennessee, California, New York, Oklahoma, Washington DC, Illinois, Ohio, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island - meeting with prospective clients, state workforce agencies, and community partners in each market.

How You Can Help

As we scale into Q1, we'd love your help with:

  • Mid-market introductions - CFOs, Controllers, or HR leaders at companies with 200-2,000 employees looking to maximize government hiring incentives. We’ve quickly proven our value for clients in manufacturing, food distribution, and city government. See blurb below!

  • Impact investors & family offices - We've seen strong interest from regionally-focused family offices and impact investors. Introductions to investors focused on workforce development, economic mobility, or regional revitalization would be incredibly valuable. Shareable blurb below!

  • We're speaking at SXSW in March and SHRM in April- if you know of mission-driven investors who will be there who are interested in learning how we 4xed customers in 2 months, we'd love to meet them. Intro [email protected]!

Cheers,
Jodi, Ryan, & the rest of the team!

Rézme helps employers capture government hiring incentives by recruiting from hidden talent populations – including veterans, justice-impacted candidates, opportunity youth, workers with disabilities, and more.

We connect directly to existing HR software to integrate skills-based referrals from community partners, capture hiring incentives such as wage subsidies and tax credits, and apply structured compliance workflows to help employers manage risk.

PS Here’s a photo from our panel at the first-ever Justice Summit at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2026. A big thanks to Noella at Rasa for putting it together!
